Last week, I went down to the new Swingers West End crazy golf branch, on Oxford Street in Central London. It had only been open for a week and was difficult to get a booking.

Their booking system had crashed, and spaces were filling up fast. I have to hand it to them, as their customer service team were amazing. I got an instant response on twitter, and a prompt response via email.

It sounds small, but so many companies get this so wrong when it comes down to their customer service.

The venue was very easy to locate unlike their other City branch. Literally, was just a 2-minute walk from Oxford Circus underground station. Luckily, I didn’t bring a large bag as the two security guards upon entry conducted a thorough search.

Once we got inside, you couldn’t help but notice how beautifully decorated it was. Even though it was raining and glum outside, it felt like spring inside with a large array of artificial flowers.

This course was just impressive. The spinning light up big wheel, the loop-the-loop’s. You couldn’t help but be amazed.

Half way around the course we got to the bar. I immediately noticed the slushie machine (I am a bit of an addict), and very much a part of the cinema Tango Ice Blast gang. They had two flavours, strawberry and Frozé (frozen Rosé)! If you came here during the warmer Summer months, could you imagine anything more amazing?

Just like the other course I’d happily come back here again, as it’s just so much fun. Whether you are in a big or a small group, the laughs to be had are just endless. It’s also the perfect place to come for a few cocktails and a bite to eat.
